The facilities are located in Gurgaon and Ludhiana. Today, Hero is the supplier to renowned OE manufacturers and has won various awards like Best Supplier award by Visteon Powertain in 2001- 02 and Maruti Vendor Performance award. |

| Commencing its journey in 1987 with a meager capacity of 500 T of Aluminium Die- Castings, Hero has never looked back. Presently the unit has an installed capacity of 30000 MT per annum. It started its journey to provide import substitution to Hero Honda Motors Ltd and Hero Motors and has expanded its wings to other major customers like Maruti Udyog Ltd, Hero Cycles Ltd, Munjal Showa Ltd, Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd., Visteon Powertrain Control (India) Pvt. Ltd, Daimler Chrysler etc. |

| The company had set up a Piston Plant with indigenous technology the machines are designed to manufacture Pistons having diameter ranging from 40 mm to 100 mm. ther is also an in-house facility for making alloys suitable for Piston. To upgrade the quality of the Piston, it has entered in to Technical collaboration with M/s. Honda Foundry Co. Ltd, Japan and have imported high precision equipments to manufacture Pistons for Automotive use. The plant with new technology has become operational in March’ 99. Presently two dedicated lines of Piston are working at full capacity which are producing 1 million Pistons per annum. The company has added third line of Piston there by increasing the Piston capacity to 1.5 million per annum. |
